Hello, everyone! Happy new year! It’s still January. I can say it! If you haven’t heard yet, On January 10th, the word count on this blog went over one million! As of that date, I had written 1,001,025 words! WOW! I have no idea how to celebrate an achievement like that, so I just wrote more words, hee hee. 😀 I was also tagged by Kymber to do this getting to know a character thingy, so thanks! I skipped the birthday question because I haven’t given most of my characters birth dates. Only Kevin, Juliana, and Jonathan have actual birthdays.
When deciding who to do this with, my first inclination was Mary. I mean, why not? The woman has so many layers, and I love her with all my heart. But, as fun as it would be to see her gush about Reed again, we already know her pretty well. I thought hard about someone you don’t know, and voila! I hope you enjoy getting to know our favorite dapper young man. I’m working really hard to finish the Joneses so I can get back to the Pruetts!! We are extremely close to the end, but I’ll explain about that later. Without further ado, I give you Julio!

► Wanted to disappear? ➔ Oh yes. I wanted to disappear the first time I had dinner at the Pruetts’. I said something really awkward and stupid, and the room got really quiet.

► Have you ever gotten kicked out? ➔ No. Unless you count getting kicked out of a restaurant because Aubrey and I stayed too long.

I loved that you chose Julio. And I like his answers. He’s straightforward and has a good head on his shoulders. I’m a little concerned he’s never dated anyone else, but I like that he realizes how important relationships are.
Yay! I’m glad you like my choice. 😀 Yeah, Aubrey has never dated anyone else either so… I guess we’ll see if that ends up being an issue or not. Good thing both of them value committed relationships.
Yeah, good thing. I think their personalities compliment each other nicely.
I think they do too! And, I think the fact that they are in similar situations (young business owners continuing their fathers’ businesses) helps a ton. Where I am in the writing, Aubrey mentioned on a few occasions they sometimes go a while without seeing each other because they both get so busy with the businesses. If only one of them were in that situation, they would probably have more problems and wouldn’t be as empathetic and patient with each other.
